Then, share these goals with your staff so you are all on the same page and can work toward the same objective.

Innovation is the heart of business growth. Therefore, you and your staff should consistently pursue innovation and improvement. Consider new processes and procedures that could reduce overhead or increase efficiency. Are there new programs you can implement that will move you forward? Consider product or service improvements.
